š§The ultimate tool for efficient car repair ā a professional fuel injector tester, easily detects fuel injection problems!š§
šAccurately diagnose fuel injector status without disassembling the engine: Supports short, medium, and long pulse modes, simulating real-world operating conditions to test the smoothness and atomization effect of fuel injection, easily identifying problems such as blockages and leaks.š
āØ4 Pulse Modes:The injector Tester comes with anĀ LED display and 4 pulse modes - Single / Short / Long/ Continuous modes.Ā It can help you identify whether the injector is good or not when you switch off the engine.
āØEasy to Use:You can use it to test each injector individually to help identify stuck, leaking or burnt-out conditions. It works with the engine off and a pulse timer may be used with a fuel pressure gauge.
āØThe mode lock feature ensures test condition uniformity.
āØUse a 12V vehicle battery as a power supply.
āØNOTE: Gasoline cars only, NOT for diesel engines.
How to Use
- Operating Instruction:
- 1ļøā£ Turns off the engine of the car
- 2ļøā£ Remove the wire plug with the fuel injector to be tested, and then connect the two pulse output terminals of the instrument with the fuel injector of the vehicle.
- 3ļøā£ Connect the red clip of the instrument to the positive pole of the 12 V automobile battery, and connect the black lip of the instrument to the negative pole of the battery.
- 4ļøā£ Press the āMode set ā key to select the required pulse signal output mode, and the screen will display the currently selected mode.
- 5ļøā£ After selecting the required pulse signal output mode, press the āPulse ā key, the instrument will output pulse to the fuel injector to be tested, and the signal indicator will be on when the pulse is output.
- 6ļøā£ After the test is completed, if it is necessary to repeat the test, press the ā Pulse ā key; if you want to change the pulse, press the ā Reset ā key, you can select the required mode at will, and then test the fuel injector again.
Others
- The different models are explained as follows
- āĀ Mode ā0ā: Standby state, no output
- āĀ Mode ā1ā: Single Pulse Low Power Mode: when the PULSE key is pressed, the injector tester will send out a pulse with a pulse width of about 255 milliseconds.
- āĀ Mode ā2ā: Short Pulse Low Power Mode: the injector tester will send out 50 pulses with a pulse width of about 7 milliseconds.
- āĀ Mode ā3ā: Long Pulse Low Power Mode: the injector cleaner tester will send out 100 pulses, and the pulse width is about 3.5 milliseconds.
- āĀ Mode ā4ā: Continuous Pulse Low Power Mode: the injector tester will output pulses continuously, the pulse rate is about 50 pulses every 1450 milliseconds, and the pulse width is about 7 milliseconds.
- āĀ Mode ā5ā: Single Pulse High Power Mode: the injector tester will send out a pulse with a pulse width of about 255 milliseconds.
- āĀ Mode ā6ā: Short Pulse High Power Mode: the injector tester will send out 50 pulses with a pulse width of about 7 milliseconds.
- āĀ Mode ā7ā: Long Pulse High Power Mode: the injector cleaner tester will send out 100 pulses, and the pulse width is about 3.5 milliseconds.
- āĀ Mode ā8ā: Continuous Pulse High Power Mode: the injector tester will output pulses continuously, the pulse rate is about 50 pulses every 1450 milliseconds, and the pulse width is about 7 milliseconds.Note: During the pulse output period, the MODE SET button is invalid, and the working mode can only be selected by pressing the PULSE button again to terminate the output.
